Return policy

Thanks so much for ordering a piece from Untamed Pieces. We hope you don’t need to return anything, but in case you do, here is the policy.

Tables- Once delivered, all tables are final sale. We cannot offer a refund because of cracking or color changing. Unfortunately, because we are working with beautiful, natural wood, there are natural elements cannot be controlled. On custom orders, if you see the proof photo and are unhappy with the piece that was made for you, you can receive a full refund.

Wall Art- For pieces purchased through the shop, all sales are final. For custom pieces, once the proof photo is approved by the customer, the sale is final. There can be no refunds or returns upon delivery. If you order a custom piece and are unhappy with the result when the proof photo is sent to you, you can receive a full refund for your order.
